As a PT, it is my passion to assist everyone I work with realise their own strength, inner confidence and power. I work to achieve this by providing confidence boosting 1 to 1s in the privacy of your own home. I completely understand that for some going to the gym can cause anxiety, stress or simply demands time that you just don't have spare. Let me come to you where you feel most comfortable and coach you through a work out designed to get you exactly where you want to be.
Not from the Manchester area? No Problem! I also work with clients through Online Coaching. I provide  individual, clear, easy to understand work out plans with demo videos, nutritional guidance and motivation throughout your fitness journey.
I believe everybody is unique, I do not believe in a "One Size Fits All" Style of training. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, lifestyle, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

As a Personal Trainer, health, fitness and nutrition are now three very big parts of my life. This however has definitely not always been the case. From a young age I struggled with my weight, body image, mindset and self confidence. I didn't know what was best for me when it came to doing what was right for my body, mind and overall well being. I tried countless fad diets, tortured myself with hours on a treadmill, was baffled when these things didn't get my the results I wanted and was too scared of being judged to ask for help. Sound familiar?

 

However, over the last 5 years, I took a different approach to my own health and decided to focus working to feeling great as opposed to trying to look what I (wrongly) thought was "perfect". Exercise, being fit and healthy isn't about dreading spending an hour on a cardio machine, living off sachets convincing yourself that your Shake really was just as delicious as a proper meal...Its about finding what works for you, what you enjoy and learning how to make the right steps to help make you feel great from the inside out.

What I've leaned throughout my own fitness journey in combination with the advanced techniques gained through my qualifications, I now use this knowledge to help my clients achieve their own health and fitness goals in a way that works and suits them.
